These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relffits ("the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Relffits is a nutrition tracking and food awareness application that provides calorie and macro tracking, AI-powered meal analysis, meal suggestions, personalized nutritional insights, a Food Awareness Score, pattern analysis, and Apple Health integration. The app is designed to help users understand what they eat and make informed nutritional choices.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Relffits. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the app.
Relffits is for informational purposes only. The app is not a medical device, and the information provided does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise plan, or making changes to your health regimen.
Calorie targets, macro recommendations, and nutritional guidance provided by the app are general estimates based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and should not replace professional medical advice.

Your health data is encrypted on your device using your password or data passphrase. We cannot recover your data if you lose your passphrase.

The Relffits app, including its design, code, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our prior written consent.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the app or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relffits and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use this app at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relffits and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
